This role involves answering support tickets, troubleshooting basic hardware and software problems, and escalating more complex issues as needed.

You’ll support day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, answering phones, managing files, and assisting with billing and communications.
You’ll collaborate with clients, technicians, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within project scope, and within budget.
